I continue to get an error my Binance Secret is registered but margin will not connect to the exchange

This could be a timestamp issue as Binance expects clients connecting to their API to be in sync (timewise) with their server. This might mean your system clock needs to be up-to-date. If you are on Windows, please follow these steps to get up and running :

Right click on the time in the task bar and select “Adjust date/time”. In the window that appears, make sure “Set time automatically” is on.
In the same window, click on “Additional date, time & regional settings”, then under “Date and Time” go to "Set the time and date”. In the “Internet Time” tab, click “Change settings...”, then make sure “Synchronize with an Internet time server” is selected and click “Update now”, then “OK”.
Next, run services.msc via the Start menu, then right click on “Windows Time” in the list of services and select “Properties”. Make sure “Startup type” is set to “Automatic” and that the service is started right now. Click the “Start” button if the service status is “Stopped” right now.
If all else fails, start a PowerShell as administrator and run the following lines:
```
net stop w32time w32tm /unregister w32tm /register net start w32time w32tm /resync
```
